I'm currently wondering if there is a faster way to input labels for values in a variable in SPSS - rather than just manually inputting the values-one-by-one, which is the only one I (as a beginner) currently know of. Hi, Sorry for the belated response, and yes that was what I needed! I opted to take your second option and deleted all those cases which fell out of what I wanted to analyse. I then just did a simple cross-tabulation to get regional figures, and copied the results of the cross-tabulation over to Exc...
