Reg : Help on Data analysis for my master thesis ( urgent)

Postby jose » Fri Apr 27, 2012 8:34 pm

Halo ,

I am jose, working on master thesis and have problems to carry out my data analysis. I like to briefly explain my issue.

My conceptualized framework consists of three first order constructs 1) Product quality 2) Relationship quality 3) Service quality and two second order constructs 1) Customer satisfaction and 2) Loyalty. Each constructs consists of 6 - 8 items .

The aim of the thesis is to prove that for instance ( product quality has a positive relation on 1)satisfaction 2) Loyalty).

I have done the frequency and descriptive analysis. I have planned to conduct a multiple regression analysis to find the positive relationship between the constructs. However, i am not aware of putting the several item in to a single construct so that i can regress ( for example : Independent variable product quality) over dependent variabe customer satisfaction .

Could any one can help to sort out this issue . Please.....

Thank you in advance.

Jose

Maybe I misunderstood, but have you tried the "compute" function?
You can use that to add up different items to one variable, e.g., use the mean function to find the mean...
