Before I can run the analyses for my dissertation I need to recode a variable with decimal places (means) into a different variable (t-scores). However, I have noticed the only numbers recoding are those ending with .0 or .5. Is there a way to fix this so I can recode the other variables? There are far to many to do by hand...

Thanks in advance for any advice or help in this matter!

I am not entirely sure what you mean, if I understand correctly, you are trying to recode some stuff (how?), and for some reason only entries that end with ".0" or ".5" are recoded.
Is it a string by any chance?

Please provide more information on what your variables look like, what you are trying to do and how, what goes wrong, what you want instead.
