spss21 errorbar interpolation lines

Postby reimchen » Wed Jul 31, 2013 2:55 am

Hello: I posted the following in July and there appears to be no one with any solutions. This seems unlikely. There must be someone out there who can answer these two simple SPSS questions. Thanks again.

Hello: I upgraded eventually to spss21 from spss11 and fear I have lost continuity of some of the graphics functions that appear to have evolved over time. One of the most common graph functions I used on spss11 on the mean and error bar option would automatically give me the N value at the bottom of each category. Can't seem to do this in spss21. Second, the clustered mean and error bar graph option does not do the interpolation lines of the categories yet this was possible on the spss11. Can anyone help on what seems like a simple useful function that would certainly not have been dropped in the newer versions. Is there a fix for this?
