Calculating R squares in SPSS Logistic Regression

Postby jschinka » Mon Oct 17, 2011 12:51 pm

SPSS Logistic Regression does NOT provide the McKelvey-Zavoina R-square (MZRs), nor does it save the logit for each case which would make it easy to calculate the MZRs. I have a study which involves a large number of LR analyses using up to ~60 predictors in varying models. I could calculate the logit for each analyses using the regression weights, but this will require a large number of equations increasing the opportunities for error.

Is there an easy way to calculate the MZRs from the information provided in the LR output?
