Can you post what you have? I put gender into "cluster by", then I put case into "category", and then I specified "% cases"... I got this graph.
The % was calculated by gender... as you have specified in your first post, 70.6% males in the non-case and the remaining in case. While 20 and 80% females are split into the case categories. This seems to fit what you want.
