Principal Components Analysis with Ranked Data

Hi, apologies if this is in the wrong section...

I'm trying to run a PCA using ranked data rather than interval data. I've found plenty of literature indicating that the simplest solution is to run the PCA using ranked correlations (or covariates), such as Kendall's Tau, rather than the standard spearmans. However, I have not been able to find any syntax that will allow me to change the correlations in a PCA within SPSS.

Any Solutions would be greatly appreciated.
