More help with Clinical data

Postby JackMatthews » Tue Jun 03, 2014 6:08 pm

From the clinical dat set, I ran a regression analysis between the composite of all medical indications and the type of disinfectant used on the participants skin. There were two disinfectants and one placebo. The model also look dat race and sex as independent variables. The Analysis showed the following attached result. My null basis is the indications as a result of the chemical used, sex or race were not statistically significant including the placebo.

Correct me if I am wrong, but it looks like the model is a poor fit. The Anova shows a F Test and a p value but i am not sure how to interpret them for this analysis. Any suggestions on how the verify what the Anova is saying?

Thanks for the input,

Jack
