Problem with qualitative data hypothesis testing.

Postby ashikru » Tue Feb 21, 2017 10:36 am

I have conducting a research on E-resources using behavior of University researcher. In my research I have tried to test a hypothesis on "• Both university scholars have preferred “Google” search engine for accessing the information". The actual question is "Which of the following search engines do you prefer using while searching for information on the internet? and answers ar , Google, MSN, Yahoo, etc.

But I did not understand how to test this hypothesis. Please suggest me a way to these this hypothesis.

From what I understand you to say, there isn't a test of significance but simply some freq lists on the usage variable or at most, if such a variable exist, a test of independence by scholar segment
