regression of a ordinal variable...

Postby jesusmcampo » Mon Jun 12, 2017 9:07 am

In a Biology paper, where the study of the possible influences of the independent variables (genetic measurement and abundance of food in the environment) to make a regression in an ordinal numerical dependent variable that goes from 0 to 3 (breeding number in the litter of some mammals. It had a multinomial logistic regression, where we do not have to start from the assumptions of Normality and Homoscedasticity. The problem is that in the study (10 years) there are replicates, that is, some individuals (females) are repeated. Any suggestions ?.

thanks in advance.
Bets regards!
