Reading data from MS Access

Postby ricardo » Sun Mar 10, 2013 9:46 pm

I'm trying to read data from a MS Access Database.

So I use File>Open Database> New query and then select MS Access database.

But on the ODBC driver login I'm required to enter a login ID and a password (See picture). This didn't happen in my previous version of SPSS. Has anybody else experienced this same issue?

I'm using SPSS 21 on Windows 8.

While I don't need to use this facility (running V24 64 bit on Win 10), I believe the .NET framework is used so check on this otherwise look here on the SPSS forum

See the note below
