I have some data (n=7, but n=1 shown below) derived from a 2x2x2 repeated measures experimental design. I have 3 IV's, each with 2 levels, and one dependent variable measured in miliseconds. I am interested in the effect of shape, colour, and angle of an image on participant reaction time.
IV1 = shape [circle, square]
IV2 = colour [black, white]
IV3 = angle [90, 180]
DV = reaction time [measured in miliseconds].
Using SPSS, I want to test all 3 main effects (shape/colour/angle), the 3 interactions (shape x colour, shape x angle, colour x angle) and the 3 way interaction (shape x colour x angle). I assume I need to run a Repeated Measures 3-way (2x2x2) ANOVA on this dataset, but I am having trouble figuring out how to properly organise the data in SPSS.
Here is what my data looks like in excel (1 participant shown).

Currently, If I enter my data as they are into SPSS, then go to Analyze>GLM>Repeated Measures. I can define my 3 factors (2 levels each), but then the next step which involved assigning the factors to columns is confusing me e.g. How can i assign factor 'colour' to 2 columns when the factor's levels exist across 4 columns. Or am I making a fundamental error here?
Any help is apprecaited, I cannot find much help specifically in terms of data input for 3 way designs.
