Importing Empatica Sensor data into SPSS

Postby JoHoJh » Sun Aug 06, 2017 1:19 pm

Hey there,

I'm wondering whether anyone can help me with this problem. I want to import biometric data captured by a wearable sensor (empatica e4) into spss. The guys at Empatica only support MatLab but I'm hoping that there is a way to do this in SPSS as that's what I'm familiar with. How the data outputs as a one column csv with the starting time, sample rate, and then subsequent readings all in one coloum.

I don't know how to format that this in order to get spss to process the sample rate and order the data correctly according to the starting timestamp. Any help you be fantastic!

I've attached a screenshot of the data set for reference (the forum won't let me upload the csv, grrr...) Thanks so much, guys!
