Negative Binomial Regression

Postby mbernstein11 » Tue Dec 13, 2016 6:49 pm

I'm running a negative binominal regression in SPSS, and am getting different results in the "tests of model effects" and "parameter estimates" output. I've looked around online and can't find a good answer about what is going on, other than a general reference to the fact this sometimes happens when you include an interaction term. (And it is the case that once the interaction term is removed, these two become identical).

Does anyone know what is happening and/or which of these I should be reporting on?
