SPSS

Hi,

I have a group ( n = 8 ), whom performed 2 different exercise protocols pre/post a vertical jump test, these were (1) single set of squats, (2) multiple sets of squats.

Each participant did each protocol, the max height data was entered into SPSS as so:

First I labeled the conditions:

Then I input pre/postdata like so:

I am assuming I am using a ANOVA? So I go Analyse > Linear Model > Repeated?

I need some support with this, before I go any further is this correct, thank you in advance.

Regards,

A

To further explain, I want to see if there is a sig dif between pre/post for each condition and see if one condition is better than the other.
