Hi, I'm trying to use SPSS Statistics and I'm having some trouble to correlate variables.
I'm trying to show how you can gather lots of different variables and easly statistically correlate then with a p<0.05.
This way, people should always be alert to adjustments in this type of studies, before accepting them as truth.
So I created a questionnaire with 20 random questions: "how often you go to the cinema?", "are you a dog person or a cat person?", "do you believe in astrology?", and so on...
This is an example of the amount of data I'm trying to gather to force a p<0.05 between two variables.
I was searching for a method to correlate all variables at once and trying to find a significant correlation, but I could only use Linear Regression like so:
In that example I found a p=0.011 between two of them, however if I try to correlate just the two the value goes to 0.5
Is there a better method to try to force a p<0.05? I already read a lot of articles about this, but I can't figure how it's done.
Thanks for your time!
