High level of significance and other beginners questions

We've done a research with 150 surveys and the level of significance is too high, above 0,05 on all questions. We are doing a bivariate correlation analysis. What's the reason of the level of it?

As I see it, all corr are too "small" to be sig (< .05)

Am I missing something in your interpretation
