When I see your output it does not look like you entered your 50 variables. Don't know if something went wrong.

Yes it is to find factors, but you cannot be sure this factorial structure is actually visable in your data.
Oftentimes I let participants complete a questionnaire that is supposed to have 2 separate subscales (or factors, if you whish) but I don't find that, so I just add them together.

Here is the results. SOrry, it took long time because I could not get format into the whole doc.

Now I will have to learn to interpret it.
