Does anyone know the way of getting estimates for random effects and their confidence interval?
I searched heavilly on internet but got no clue on it. It seems that SPSS only output estimates and CI for fixed effects, but not for random effects (only variance components for random effects, not estimates).
I have heard that SAS can give you estimates for random effects and their standard errors. The problem is that only SPSS is being used in my institution.
Any input will be appreciated!!
