Generalized Linear Model - Mixed models

Postby MaDe » Tue May 10, 2016 12:40 pm

I am using SPSS to complete my masterthesis. I would like to run a mixed model using predictors on 2 levels (individual and environment). Therefor, I would like to be able to put the variables in my model on different levels. I think the only way to do this is via mixed models - generalized linear models. The problem is, I haven't found the correct way to put the data in this type of model. It is also important to mention that my dependent variable is a Dummy, so I am using multilevel logistic regression do complete my research. Does anyone has experience in this?
I also wasn't able to calculate an intraclass correlation coefficient, nor other measures which are used in mixed models.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Many thanks in advance.
