Postby Felix » Sat Oct 18, 2008 12:21 pm

I need to install an additional plugin, but I cant find the license authorization wizard, where I need to enter the code.
there are hundreds of .jar and .bin files in the spss folder...

What SPSS version? It is normally in the install folder of the Start Menu for Windows format but know nothing about Linux.
See the note below

spss 16.0 is the only version for linux.

I've been trying to find this authorization wizard for days now. It's really urgent. Can it be so hard?
Theres no documentation about that in the help file whatsoever

ok finally I found it.
so if anyone else encounters this problem:

go to the /bin folder in the installation directory

open spssactivator (sudo ./spssactivator)

enter the code like in windows.
