I have one dataset which can be divided into 3 categories i.e. A, B,C.
In each category (say A), there are many features to express a certain nature of the data (i.e. A1, A2, A3). Similarly to set B & C.
In short, it can be described as followed:
A B C
A1 B1 C1
A2 B2 C2
- B3 C3
In theory the integration A1 and B1 result in C1 (i.e. A1 + B1 ==> C1); similar to A1 + B2 ==> C2; etc.
In the ideal case, one integration (of A and B) results in one and only one value of set C and another way around. However, in my case, one integration could result in more than one value of C (i.e. C1 and C2) and one value of C can be the result of more than one combination i.e. C1 can be the result of A1+B1 and A1+B2.
I wonder if I could use SPSS to decide which combination of A and B will result in only one value of C.
