Confidential study: Age range with Ordinal variables?

Postby mrandrewv » Mon Mar 10, 2014 12:02 pm

Good morning.

I'm a PhD student in Psychology doing a qualitative study (save your hatred! My poor heart can't stand it  ).

But a pile of quantitative data that is relevant to my study has just fallen into my lap and I want to see whether it will be useful.

The precise nature of the study is confidential but what I can tell you is that right now I'm trying to see whether an age range (e.g. 12-15) has any relationship with an ordinal variable (1, 2 or 3).

Let me be honest, I am totally floundering here.

I can't work out how to get an age range to be a variable in the template chooser and no matter how nicely I talk to the chart builder the "ok" button is always greyed out.

Thoughts? :s
