Linear mixed models?

Hi!

Im conducting a research where i have selected the CEO payments and the profits of several companies. I took these data from 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.
I want to test if there is a positive relationship between CEO payments and the profit of a company. I wanted to do so by using linear regression, but my supervisor pointed out to me that linear regression cannot be used here because i have repeated measurements.
I'm quite the spss noob, so i have no clue on what to do next. I did read something about Mixed models, but it is not clear to me.

What model/test should i use in SPSS?

It depends a bit on how your data are organized, but you can probably use repeated measures:
