I need urgent help with my dissertation analysis. I'm analysing service quality and have 22 questions in total.
I would like to split these 22 questions under 6 Categories/Factors: 1) Timeliness, 2) Availability, 3) Return, 4) Condition, 5) Empathy and 6) Assurance.
Please can you advise me as to how I do this? A step by step would be much appreciated as I have literally zero knowledge of SPSS
