Carrying out 'descriptive statistics' on the data

Postby neurogirl » Wed Apr 01, 2015 6:31 pm

Hi I'm sorry I'm a beginner.
Last three questions my lecturer has asked me to:
'Carry out descriptive statistics on the data and paste the data below.'

I know that on some of the options descriptive statistics comes up as well or as an option but I'm not sure what it means or how you do it by itself.

Can anyone help? He seems to be putting it in as a question before progressing to greater things like paired sample t-tests.

Me, at the moment I just want to progress to wine, however I really have to pass his module.

Tip for the next time: If you google something like: Descriptive statistics spss, you probably get a guide on how to do that.

For now look under analyze -> descriptive statistics
