Reporting concurrent validity

Postby DrSeuss » Sun Jul 26, 2015 2:42 pm

I used SPSS to test for concurrent validity between two tests. My supervisor, after looking at the output, was happy that there is concurrent validity. However, how do I write this up? What statistics do I report and in which format?

I was told to report this way

correlation between x and y was significant/nonsignificant, r(N) = .**CENSORED**, p = .**CENSORED**.

But I'm not sure which tables the figures should come from

just google correlation output spss, you get examples of output, what table contains what information, and how to interpret it.
Is that what you are looking for?
