I have a dataset in which i have 8 measure outcomes (one is reference) of 91 samples.

using a clinical grading scale i assigned a disease category to every outcome (there are 6 categories)

I would like to perform some statistical test that will tell me which outcome is more like the reference.

I have tried Mcnemar as suggested by somebody, but this does not seem to work.

does anybody have a good suggestion?

sorry about not following the posting guidelines, may have missed them a little.......

I use SPSS 22 on OSX10.10.4.
the data is about renal function, and classification into a CKD class by using a different formula to calculate renal function.
so there are 6 classes, and patients are assigned a specific class by result of reference technique, and a class based on outcome of formula.
the question is which formula is better at predicting the CKD class?
