Request for advice: pooled output from imputed data for repeated measures (GLM)

Postby ndphysio » Thu Jul 06, 2017 1:15 pm

Hello
I am using repeated measures with GLM command to analyze my data. I had lot of missing data due to which I have used multiple imputation. But while I analyze my imputed data, I can not get pooled output from 5 imputations. Ideally, I am expected to use pooled output while my spss 24 gives me output for 5 imputations. Can you please inform me if there is any way I could get pooled output from repeated measures.

If its not possible to get pooled output for repeated measures (imputed data) in SPSS, can you please inform me: which imputed dataset (1,2,3,4,5) would be best to use for output results from repeated measures?

If there is no way to get pooled output from imputed data in spss, can you please inform me if it is possible to do it in Stata 15. I have never tried imputation or repeated measures in stata but if SPSS can not give Repeated measure output for imputed data, then I will try to learn it in stata. I would appreciate your advice.
Hope to hear from you.
Thank you and Regards
Neha
