Fit line at subgroups

Postby LauraF » Sun Mar 04, 2018 2:45 pm

I'm working with a multiple baseline design for my masterthesis. As you can see on the screenshot, there are three phases in my experiment: 'voormeting' --> blue line, 'interventie' --> green line and 'nameting' --> yellow line. In each phase there are a number of measurements.
The blue line for the phase called 'voormeting' extends in to the next phase called 'interventie', similarly the green line crosses all phases whilst it should be confined in the middle phase 'interventie'. My question is: how do I keep the line confined to a phase? Note: my graph is based on a scatterplot.
